The Verandah Social Club offers guests shareable small plates, colorful salads, delectable handhelds, playful cocktails, fresh juices and decadent desserts to fuel sun-soaked days near the pool. Highlights of the vacation inspired menu include:
- Cabana Harvest, a vibrant array of citrus Greek yogurt, hummus, charred baba ghanoush, ranch and onion dip served with seasonal compressed and infused fruits and raw and pickled vegetables
- Cocoboom, a half coconut shell filled with creamy coconut gelato
- You Odyssey This, cucumber and mint vodka blend with lemon, housemade rosemary and honeydew syrup, Mediterranean tonic and a delicate ouzo mist
- Berry Vibrant, a mix of 23-year-aged rum with raspberry, lemon and rhubarb bitters
