Hilton members can now use any points they’ve racked up to redeem or bid for a tasting from a famous chef, lessons from a notable musician and many more experiences. Through the Hilton Experience platform and “Hilton. For the Stay” campaign, the hotel brand is offering members of their Hilton Honors loyalty program a one-of-a-kind experience with celebrities who align with their passions and interests.
“At Hilton, ‘the stay’ is at the heart of who we are and everything we do, so we are thrilled to be reactivating our Hilton Honors Experiences to provide our members with thousands of exclusive packages,” said Jenn Chick, global head & senior vice president, Hilton Honors & Customer Engagement in a press release.
“Hilton. The Stay” is the hotel’s global brand platform that will attempt to affect nearly every customer touchpoint, from advertising through the travel planning process and the actual hotel stay with Hilton, and their well as post-stay.
“Whether they love music, sports, the great outdoors or elevated offerings only available at Hilton, there will be new experiences to discover that allow our members to put their Points where their passions are,” Chick stated.
