Frontier Announces Additional Routes & Unveils GoWild Pass Price

Low fare carrier Frontier is kicking off the new year with some major expansion plans.  They have also revealed the cost and more details on their unlimited GoWild Pass.

In May, the airline plans more nonstop service to Puerto Rico and Cancun from several U.S. cities. Destinations in Puerto Rico include San Juan, Aguadilla and Ponce.

Some of the most popular departure cities that will get more service to San Juan include Chicago (MDW), Dallas (DFW), Detroit (DTW), Cleveland (CLE), Baltimore (BWI) and Cancun (CUN). Expanded service to Aguadilla include departure cities such as Tampa (TPA) and Orlando (MCO) to Ponce, Puerto Rico.

“Puerto Rico is a hugely popular destination for leisure travelers as well as the large population of Puerto Ricans residing in the U.S. who enjoy returning to the island to visit friends and family,” said Daniel Shurz, senior vice president, commercial, Frontier Airlines in a press release.

The all-you-can-fly GoWild! Summer Pass from Frontier allows access to unlimited flights between Frontier’s U.S. and international destinations from May 2 through Sept. 30, 2023 and is available for a limited time at an introductory price of $399 per person.

There are a few catches! Flights are subject to blackout periods and do not include any add-on products like bags or seats selections. For more details visit Frontier’s official site.

Below is a full list of Frontier’s service expansion to Puerto Rico. The discounted introductory fares must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. EST on Feb. 7, 2023. It’s valid for travel from May 4 through Jun. 28, 2023. (Blackout dates  include May 26-29).
