On Tuesday, the Rolling Stones announced the Stones Tour ’24 Hackney Diamonds, sponsored by AARP, a 16-date run of stadium concerts across the United States and Canada set for next year.
Kicking off April 28 in Houston, the Rolling Stones will perform shows in cities including New Orleans, Cleveland, Las Vegas, Seattle, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Los Angeles and more before wrapping on July 17 in Santa Ana, California.
In their only festival appearance on their brand new tour titled, Stones Tour ’24 Hackney Diamonds, the Rolling Stones will headline the 2024 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival presented by Shell on Thursday, May 2. The Rolling Stones have been a rock and roll institution since 1962. Their new album, Hackney Diamonds, features their first original material in almost 20 years and has reached #1 in more than 18 countries.
Mick, Keith and Ronnie will play their most popular hits including “Start Me Up,” “Gimme Shelter,” “Jumpin’ Jack Flash,” “Satisfaction” and more, as well as fan favorites from their new album Hackney Diamonds, which just received a Grammy nomination for the project’s lead single “Angry.”
“‘The Rolling Stones at Jazz Fest’ is a long held prophecy coming true. The Festival thanks Mick, Keith, Ronnie and Concerts West, for their steadfast dedication to making this once-in-a-lifetime Jazz Fest magic. The pilgrimage starts today, come get satisfied,” said Quint Davis, Producer/Director of Jazz Fest.
Jazz Fest will take place April 25 – 28 and May 2 – 5. The Rolling Stones will headline Thursday, May 2, which will require the purchase of a second weekend 4-day wristband or a day-specific ticket (pending availability). May 2 will have a limited capacity and tickets are expected to sell quickly.
Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, December 1 at 10am CT at www.nojazzfest.com. The 4-day GA, the brand new GA+, and VIP packages will all be available for both weekends. All Jazz Fest tickets are subject to additional service fees and handling charges. An account with AXS.com will be required for purchase. Visit www.nojazzfest.com for all the ticketing details.
