Long Story Short: Willie Nelson 90 Celebrates Star’s Birthday

On April 29th and 30th musicians and fans will come together for Long Story Short: Willie Nelson 90, A Star-Studded Concert Celebrating Willie’s 90th Birthday at the legendary Hollywood Bowl. Each night will feature once-in-a-lifetime performances and unforgettable collaborations to celebrate the living legend.

Willie Nelson’s career has spanned an incredible seven decades and on the eve of his 90th birthday he’s just as vibrant as ever. He’s built his career as one of the most influential artists in the history of popular music, while also being an author, actor and activist. In 2023, the definitive five-part documentary on his life and career will premiere at Sundance.

He’s also received four new nominations for the Grammys, authored his latest book and continues to tour the country while headlining events like Farm Aid, July 4th Picnic and his own Outlaw Music Festival.

Don’t think because Nelson is a country artist that this is strictly a country show. Recently, Booker T. Jones, Buddy Cannon, Daniel Lanois, Dave Matthews, Dwight Yoakam, Jamey Johnson, Emmylou Harris, Gary Clark Jr., George Strait, Jack Johnson, Kris Kristofferson, Lily Meola, Rodney Crowell, Shooter Jennings, Stephen Stills, and Waylon Payne have been added to the diverse lineup of artists previously announced.

The lineup also includes:
