Chef Maneet Chauhan Opens eet + Brings Indian Flavors to Disney

Celebrity Chef Maneet Chauhan has opened eet in Disney Springs with her husband Vivek Deora. Chef Chauhan may be best known for her role as a judge on the Food Network’s hit show, Chopped, but her passion for the culinary world extends far deeper than that.

Chef Maneet Chauhan began her culinary journey in India where she studied at the Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration, and graduated top of her class. After interning in India’s best kitchens and hotels, Chauhan came to America to continue her education at The Culinary Institute of America. Since then, she has held the executive chef role at restaurants in Chicago, Nashville and New York. Chef Chauhan has also received the James Beard Award of Excellence. Now, the celebrity chef and her husband are excited to share their family’s culture at one of their favorite vacation locations. 

The modern Indian restaurant is located in the former Wolfgang Puck Express location in the Marketplace. Therein, guests can enjoy shareable dishes, order salads or build their own bowls during lunch and dinner hours. Items on the menu at eet are priced at an affordable $20 and less, including boozy specialty slush drinks that clock in at $12.
