Marriott Slated To Introduce Dozens of Luxury Hotels Globally in 2023

Travel in 2023 is expected to be busier than in 2022, Mariott International has unveiled they have plans to expand more globally with over 35 new luxury properties worldwide next year.

New Ritz Carlton properties include the Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne, in Australia next year and the Ritz-Carlton, Fukuoka, in the business district of this southwestern Japanese city.

The Ritz-Carlton Reserve sector of Marriott’s portfolio will be growing significantly as well in 2023 with new properties in Asia and the Middle East. The Reserve properties are usually resort-like and extra lavish travel properties tucked away in certain luxurious destinations

New Reserve hotels include Rissai Valley, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve close to the historic Chinese valley of Jiuzhaigou and Nujuma, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve located off the West Coast of Saudi Arabia and part of the country’s Red Sea project.

In the coming year, W Hotels anticipates debuting in Prague, Budapest, Edinburgh, Sydney, Macau, and Milan. The iconic St. Regis will unveil its’ Kanai Resort, in a 620-acre nature reserve along Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula. St. Regis also anticipates expanding its footprint in North America with St. Regis Chicago. Martiott’s luxury brands include Ritz-Carlton, Ritz-Carlton Reserve, St. Regis, W Hotels, The Luxury Collection, EDITION, JW Marriott, and Bulgari Hotels & Resorts.
