Rock Hall Hosts Rockin’ Country Weekend August 15-17th 

The Rock Hall is hosting the ultimate tailgate party for fans flocking to First Energy Stadium this weekend to see Morgan Wallen. From August 15-17th, country fans can enjoy Rockin’ Country Weekend, a celebration of all things country. Visitors to the museum can enjoy special activities, photo ops and unique artifacts on display from some of country’s biggest stars.

Activations

On Friday and Saturday, fans can tailgate the Morgan Wallen shows with The Mechanics, the Rock Hall’s house band on the outdoor stage from 3-4:30pm. Inside the museum, a variety of activations and activities will be taking place August 15-17th. They include: 

  • Unique photo opportunities
  • Stories of Country: Duets, Divas and Dolly & The Power of Collaboration at 11AM, 1PM and 3PM in the Beatles/Rolling Stones Exhibit on Level 0 (8/15-8/16 only)
  • A design your own country mixtape station from 12-2PM on Level 0
  • Screenings of exclusive video footage from Rock the Ryman ‘23 in Forest City Theatre on Level 0
  • An opportunity to perform your favorite country jams with The Mechanics in The Garage on Level 2
  • Country trivia at 1PM in Foster Theater on Level 4

Many other artifacts are available throughout the museum. 

Cleveland expects over 50,000 fans to be in attendance each night at the stadium, so those planning on attending Rockin’ Country Weekend should plan accordingly to avoid parking issues. Street and garage parking may be limited. Tickets to visit the Rock Hall are needed to enjoy the inside activities during Rockin’ Country Weekend. They can be purchased online here.
