Café Ginori Opens At Select St. Regis Properties Worldwide

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts and renowned porcelain brand Ginori 1735 have announced a worldwide partnership as Café Ginori. The iconic brands have united to create an unexpected, creative dining experience celebrating the allegria (joy) of luxury hospitality. The first Café Ginori opened on November 26th at The St. Regis in Florence, which is also the birthplace of the Ginori 1735 brand. At the beginning of 2025, The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort in Abu Dhabi will open the next location, with more to come. Each location offers guests a dining experience celebrating la dolce vita with 25+ signature dishes of Italian grand classics reimagined.

A Growing Collaboration

St. Regis and Ginori 1735 first collaborated when the porcelain brand designed an exclusive takeover of The St. Regis Venice’s waterfront garden terrace. That experience was the brand’s entrance into exploring textiles. In the future, similar terrace concepts will come to The St. Regis Riyadh, The St. Regis Downtown Dubai and more locations. Within each Café Ginori location, unique pieces from Ginori’s Domus home decor collection, including the Oriente Italiano wallpaper and embroidered fabrics of the cushions and chairs, add to the multi-sensory journey the brands have created for their guests. In 2025, the partnership will expand across the Marriott International Luxury Group, offering these unexpected experiences on a larger scale.

“We are immensely proud to debut Café Ginori with Ginori 1735 at St. Regis Hotels and Resorts around the world—a partnership that perfectly infuses Ginori’s audacious grace with the St. Regis ‘House of Celebration’,” said Jenni Benzaquen, Senior Vice President of St. Regis, The Ritz-Carlton, and Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts. “This collaboration redefines non-conventional luxury, inviting guests to experience a sensory journey at our most iconic addresses, where the creative playfulness of Ginori meets the glamour and timeless elegance of St. Regis.”

Elevated Italian Cuisine

Guests dining at Café Ginori will be guided by the Master of Plating through a thoughtful menu of Italian cuisine that has been paired with Ginori’s iconic collections: Oriente Italiano, Il Viaggio di Nettuno, and Labirinto. Each visit invites the guest to further explore the art of plating – visually and gastronomically – from breakfast to aperitivo.

“At Ginori, creativity, innovation and pushing boundaries is at the heart of what we do. We are excited to create Café Ginori especially with St. Regis Hotels & Resorts – an unexpected experience for a discerning clientele. We’ve taken great care to define a customer journey – from breakfast through aperitivo, where consumers can experience our porcelain and lifestyle products in a way never-before seen. The interior design is bold and playful to reflect our colorful spirit. The service and menu leverages our warm Italian perspective on hospitality with delightful surprises – a compelling combination that I’m sure will foster excitement and creativity at every table,” said Alain Prost, President & CEO of Ginori 1735.
