Bold flavors, innovative concepts and enhanced mountain dining await guests visiting Vail Resorts this winter. At Breckenridge Ski Resort, Vail will debut a series of unique concepts across all Five Peaks and Main Street. Vail Mountain, Beaver Creek Resort and Keystone Resort have unveiled new signature experiences celebrating local character. Vail Resorts has also partnered with Outer Range Brewing Co, based out of Frisco, to offer limited-release craft beers at its properties. Guests who have a 2025/26 Epic Pass receive 20% off food and beverage through Epic Mountain Rewards.

Collaboration With Outer Range Brewing Co.
Vail Resorts have partnered with Outer Range Brewing Co, a Colorado-based brewery steeped in mountain culture. Outer Range, which was founded in 2026 in Frisco, delivers hop-forward beers and provides a community-centric vibe that works in harmony with Vail Resorts’ Colorado properties. For this partnership, Outer Range co-owner Emily Cleghorn created hand-designed, patch-style custom beer cans inspired by each resort. The limited-run brews are available at Breckenridge, Vail Mountain, Beaver Creek, Keystone and Crested Butte.
Breckenridge Ski Resort
From Main Street to all Five Peaks, Breckenridge offers its guests playful dining experiences that are perfectly Instagrammable. At Maggie Waffle Shop, sweet and savory stuffed waffles and hot chocolate invite guests to warm up from their winter activities. Maggie Kitchen & Taphouse offers 14 beers on draft, craft sodas and Southern-inspired bites. Adults can join the Maggie Mug Club, whereas kids can join the Miners Mug Club. The all-ages space even offers live music on Saturdays during happy hour.
On Peak 9, resort guests can enjoy the signature ramen bowls at Overlook. From 2-3PM daily, the restaurant offers a Sake Golden Hour, too. TenMile Station serves up the ultimate comfort food, with its new Smokehouse Platter, a BBQ sauce bar and roast-your-own s’mores.
Peak 8 is focused on quick bites. Ski Hill Grill Coffee Bar offers loaded hot chocolates and pastries that will break the internet, while Ski Hill Grill offers Hot Dog Towers and late-night Dogs After Dark on Fridays/Saturdays. Vista Haus embodies European alpine experiences with haus‑made Glühwein, fondue and boisterous Stein Hoisting Competitions at Rendezvous Bar. Or for those truly looking for a grab and go option, the recently reopened 6-Chair Hut has snacks and adult beverages available higher on the mountain.
Peak 7 has Pioneer Crossing, which marries the pioneer and Southwestern spirits. The menu includes Taco Tuesday specials, Mexican beers, draft margaritas and house-infused jalapeno tequila at the Broken Spoke Bar. Adventurers in a rush can grab pre-packed meals, electrolytes and protein-focused snacks from Peak 6’s Horizon Hut.
DJ-fueled après can be found at TBar, with extended hours every Friday and Saturday. The festivities include Ullr Time, a raucous MegaShotski moment with air horns, snow-suited staff and a crowd-led countdown. Shot skis, chicken wings and other shareables will fuel guests dancing the night away.
Vail Mountain
At The 10th, guests can enjoy a taste of la dolce vita with the new Martin Lunch for Two. This deal combines a huge Caesar salad, truffle fries and martinis for a pair. At Two Elk Biergarten, the energy of Oktoberfest can be harnessed with the Alpine Duet. This includes two beers, two brats & a dessert to split. These two offers are great for those with the Epic Friends tickets.
MidVail’s Terrace Level offers flatbreads, poke bowls, salads, pasta and dessert. It also offers outside access to Sun Terrace, inspired by the alpine cafes of Europe. The space, designed with sling chairs, umbrellas and breathtaking mountain views, encourages guests to relax for a while.
Beaver Creek Resort
Spruce Saddle will undertake some changes in the future, focused on improving guest flow, seating and enhancing social spaces to best serve peak-day crowds while still providing comfort and quality service. Recently, Beaver Creek Resort offered The Alpine Table, featuring Allie’s Cabin Executive Chef Jillian Shaw and 2024 James Beard Award winner Chef Matt Vawter, Executive Chef and Owner of Rootstalk in Breckenridge. Together, Shaw and Vawter crafted a menu showcasing craftsmanship and local sourcing that defined alpine dining at the resort. LALO Tequila created the evening’s beverage program.
Keystone Resort
Keystone Resort is showcasing its playful nature with Dog Cat, a snowcat that brings snacking straight to its guests on the mountain. The fully-tracked vehicle is serving up freshly grilled hot dogs and refreshing drinks, allowing spontaneous dining moments to pop up amidst the snow. Keystone will be working on enhancements to Timber Ridge in the future to modernize service areas and elevate the resort’s quick-service offerings.
