Breathing A Fresh Life Into A Former Warehouse
The Radical Hotel is housed in a 1920s warehouse that was previously a cereal factory. The living art installation debuted in October 2023 and got its name from the River Arts District’s RAD moniker. At The Radical, guests can stay in one of 70 unique guestrooms or suites that embody the surrounding arts district. USA TODAY awarded the property its coveted number two spot in its 2025 Readers’ Choice Awards for Best New Hotel.
