Staybridge Suites is making it easier for pet parents to travel with their furry family members just in time for National Dog Day. Dogs are the most popular pet in the United States, with nearly 90 million households having them. For dog owners, one of the trickiest parts of traveling with their four-legged pal can be figuring out accommodations that will allow them. But Staybridge Suites has a solution. In celebration of National Dog Day, which takes place on August 26th, Staybridge is offering a ‘Paw-Parent Getaway’. At participating properties, guests who book between August 1-September 30 will receive 1,000 bonus IHG One Rewards points per night and 20% off their pet fee.
Additionally, Staybridge has been serving up curated Happy Hours to their guests through their brand “The Social”. Through The Social, Staybridge has offered its guests a variety of complimentary, seasonal activities. These have included grill nights, game nights, ice cream nights and movie nights. Summer’s branded Happy Hour events will be rounded out by the ‘Dog Days of Summer’. Now, your furry companions can attend, too. Every Wednesday in August, guests can bring their furry friends to Happy Hour from 5:30-7pm at select Staybridge Suites locations. These special pet-friendly happy hours will include toys, treats, dog-friendly ice cream and a specialty malt-barley beer for the pups. Sounds like a paw-ty to us!
