His second album, Shaq Fu: Da Return reached gold status. In 2014, Shaq attended TomorrowWorld festival where Tiesto, Steve Aoki and Skrillex inspired him. Now, as DIESEL, the “World’s Biggest DJ” finds joy in dubstep and has performed at TomorrowLand Festival, secure a residency at The Wynn in Las Vegas and launched Shaq’s Fun House. His debut electronic album, GORILLA WARFARE, dropped in 2023 and garnered positive reviews from Rolling Stone, Variety and even had a viral moment on Bobbi Althoff’s Really Good Podcast.
