The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame is hosting SolarFest, a four-day celebration from April 5-8, 2024 for the solar eclipse. During the event weekend, the Rock Hall will be extending hours daily to 10AM-10PM. SolarFest will feature live music, trivia contests, educational and family programming, curated celestial artifacts from the vault, an eclipse-themed soundtrack and a special performance by 2007 Inductee Grandmaster Flash. There will also be listening parties celebrating albums from David Bowie, the Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Sun Ra and more. The schedule of events is as follows:

In the evening, the Rock Hall will host Celestial Blast, a separately ticketed event featuring a headlining performance from Grandmaster Flash. Local band Public Squares will perform from 7:30-8:15PM and Grandmaster Flash will be on-stage from 8:30-10PM. In addition to these performances, guests can enjoy a meet & greet with NASA Astronaut Steve Bowen, DJ turntable cart, a visitor photo op at the Long Live Rock installation, themed merch and specialty cocktails/craft beers and more.
