MGK Day 2024’s festivities include a block party, anime night, softball game, movie screening, trivia and more. Two years after the Northeast Ohio native performed a sold-out show for 50,000 fans at FirstEnergy Stadium, mgk’s back to give the city of Cleveland a party its people won’t soon forget.
The 34-year old musician recently released “Lonely Road” with country megastar Jelly Roll. The song debuted in the Top 40 on the Hot 100 and showcased mgk’s ability to explore a variety of genres through his music. mgk’s catalog will be highlighted throughout the weekend, including his album Hotel Diablo, which celebrates its fifth anniversary.
From August 9-13th, mgk will put the focus on Cleveland with five days of fun throughout the city. Local vendors, food trucks and more will help bring this year’s party to life. 2024’s biggest day of activities won’t take place on the official MGK Day (August 13th), but instead will happen on Sunday, August 11th.

- Skate and BMX event at Crooked River Skate Park, 4-7pm
- Trivia at 27 Club Coffee, 6-8pm
- Mainstream Sellout screening at Lago Veranda, 8:30pm
Saturday, August 10th
- League Park Softball Game, 12-8pm
- Afterparty hosted by MGK and Nelly at FWD Day + Nightclub, 9:30pm
Sunday, August 11th
- Motorcycle City Ride, beginning at Lee & Harvard Plaza, 1pm
- Block Party at West 6th Street, 3-9pm
Monday, August 12th
- Service Day at 27 Club Coffee – SOLD OUT
- Anime Night at Sora, 5-11:45pm
Tuesday, August 13th
- MGK throws out the first pitch at Guardians Stadium, 6:40pm
The first 10,000 fans who enter Progressive Field for the game will receive a custom bag of 27 Club Coffee. In addition to the aforementioned events, there will also be an MGK Day garage sale. It will take place at 2111 Center Street on Friday from 2-8pm and Saturday from 11am-7pm.
