Kimpton Monterrey to Open in Mexico in 2026

Kimpton Monterrey will open in 2026 within the Torre Rise, which is slated to be the tallest tower in Latin America. The property will be Kimpton’s sixth in Mexico, which include Kimpton Virgilio, Kimpton Mas Olas Resort & Spa, Kimpton Aluna Resort and forthcoming openings Kimpton Tres Rios Riviera Maya and a boutique hotel in the Polanco region of Mexico City. Kimpton Monterrey, owned by Grupo Alora and managed by Marca Hotel Solutions, will feature 120 guestrooms and 60 private residences, as well as breathtaking panoramic views of Monterrey.

Amenities

Monterrey offers visitors awe-inspiring natural surroundings and a bustling cultural scene. The Kimpton Monterrey is central in location to shopping options, art galleries, major businesses and medical centers. Guests and residents of Torre Rise will have access to the performance center, luxury retail, sky deck and more. In Kimpton tradition, the hotel will offer:

  • the morning coffee and tea service, Kimpton Kickstart;
  • Kimpton Social evening social hour;
  • the “Forgot It? We’ve Got It!” program.

Visitors and locals can enjoy a variety of experiences showcasing the city’s natural surroundings. These opportunities will include Cerro de la Silla, Sierra Madre de Chipinque and Cerro de las Mitras mountains. The onsite wellness center will include an indoor pool, sauna and massage treatment rooms. In-room yoga mats will be available for guest usage. Kimpton Monterrey will have a full-service restaurant as well as a lobby lounge on the 16th floor. A 1,244 square-meter space will be available for use for meetings and social gatherings. Pet-friendly policies will exist for the property as well.
