Kimpton Monterrey will open in 2026 within the Torre Rise, which is slated to be the tallest tower in Latin America. The property will be Kimpton’s sixth in Mexico, which include Kimpton Virgilio, Kimpton Mas Olas Resort & Spa, Kimpton Aluna Resort and forthcoming openings Kimpton Tres Rios Riviera Maya and a boutique hotel in the Polanco region of Mexico City. Kimpton Monterrey, owned by Grupo Alora and managed by Marca Hotel Solutions, will feature 120 guestrooms and 60 private residences, as well as breathtaking panoramic views of Monterrey.

The Kimpton Monterrey is central in location to shopping options, art galleries, major businesses and medical centers. Kimpton Monterrey will have a full-service restaurant as well as a lobby lounge on the 16th floor. A 1,244 square-meter space will be available for use for meetings and social gatherings. Pet-friendly policies will exist for the property as well.
