Dine Nashville Announces Five Additional Chef Collaborations

Dine Nashville, The Music City Way, is a month-long celebration of collaborative chef experiences, Restaurant Week + special local offerings. Recently, Dine Nashville announced five additional chef collaborations would take place during the month of February. Proceeds from the event benefit the Music City Inc. Foundation in support of CORE and Big Table. Nashville’s largest rooftop, Assembly Food Hall, is also doing a round-up campaign to support Big Table and CORE during Dine Nashville. Nashville Scene’s Hot Chicken Week, unofficially kicks things off from January 27th through February 2nd. During Hot Chicken Week, dozens of restaurants will be offering deals. 2025 partners for Dine Nashville include Nashville Scene and Slane Irish Whiskey. Slane will be featured in at Common Ground and The Ariston in a special Irish Coffee on their menus during February.

  • Chef Ben Norton (Husk) + Chef Ben Tyson (Butterlamp) – Tuesday, February 4th at 5:30PM, $100/person at Husk (37 Rutledge St.)
  • Chef Chris DeJesus (Butcher & Bee) + Chef Kristin Beringson (Henley) – Wednesday, February 5th at 6:00PM, $110/person at Henley (2021 Broadway)
  • Chef Michael Mina (Bourbon Steak) + Co-Founder Mike Hinds (Nashville Barrel Co) – Tuesday, February 11th at 6:30PM, $275+/person at Bourbon Steak (201 8th Ave., S, 34th Floor)
  • Chef Hannah Miller (Urban Grub) + Chef Alyssa Gangeri (ButterMilk Ranch) – Tuesday, February 11th at 6:30PM, $125/person at ButterMilk Ranch (2407 12th Ave S.)

James Beard Foundation’s Taste America® culinary series

Part of the James Beard Foundation’s Taste America® culinary series, presented by Capital One, will take place at Saint Elle on Thursday, February 20, 2025. The event will feature local chefs. The national series celebrates culinary excellence, local independent restaurants and some of the industry’s top talent and change-makers propelling the industry forward on and off the table. 

Restaurant Week

Restaurant Week will wrap up Dine Nashville festivities from Monday, February 24-Sunday, March 2, 2025. During the week, special menus will be available for brunch, lunch and dinner and specialty items and offers will also be available. Reservations, menus and discounts will be available on the Dine Nashville website at the end of January.
