Carnival Firenze Cruises are Now On Sale from Long Beach

Reservations are now open for the inaugural season of Carnival Cruise Line’s newest ship, Carnival Firenze. It will sail year-round from Long Beach, California along Mexico’s Pacific coast beginning May 2024. Guests have the option of fifteen different itineraries for 3-7 day cruises. Some featured trips are below:

  • 5-Day Mexican Riviera Inaugural Cruise: departs May 2, 2024 and visits Cabo San Lucas and Ensenada, Mexico.
  • 6-Day Mexican Riviera Cruise: offering several departure options, visits Ensenada and two days in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
  • 7-Day Mexican Riviera Cruise: offering several departure options, visits Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlán and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

“Carnival Firenze is named after the spectacular city of Florence, Italy,” said Christine Duffy, president of Carnival Cruise Line. “This truly stunning ship will serve as a great new cruise vacation option from Long Beach, joining Carnival Panorama and Radiance, and offering a range of sailing lengths to Baja Mexico and the Mexican Riviera.”

Carnival Firenze is the second ship in the all-new Carnival Fun Italian Style experiences, which will debut in May 2023 with the arrival of Carnival Venezia. On Firenze, tickle your tastebuds with an elegant three-course meal at Palazzo or Medici Restaurant, get Italian street food from La Strada Grill, or take the fusion route with Tomodoro or Guy’s Burger Joint.

Those who wish to partake can check out Amari or Frizzante for cocktails, Rococó for frozen beverages or Carnevale Bar & Lounge for fine Italian wines. Playlist Productions shows will take place in Teatro Rosso. Other entertainment will be located in the Tuscan Lounge. To kick back and unwind, the Terrazza staterooms, conveniently located near a private deck, are your best bet.
