Brand-New Dolly Wines Bar Opens Inside Assembly Food Hall

Guests 21+ can now enjoy a glass from Dolly’s personally curated wine brand at Dolly Wines Bar in Nashville’s Assembly Food Hall. Music City’s diverse culture is on full display within Assembly Food Hall – including its sights, sounds and tastes. With the addition of Dolly Wines Bar to Assembly Food Hall, the blonde country legend’s warmth and sparkle can be enjoyed daily by its visitors. We think it would be a great stop on your way to see Dolly: A True Original Musical after working your 9 to 5.

Featured Sips

Dolly Wines were first released in the US in summer 2024, in collaboration with Parton Family Cellars and Accolade Wines. Since then, the brand has expanded to include internationally exclusive varietals, like its Rose and Prosecco in the UK and Sparkling in Australia.

“Dolly Wines are a gift from me, to you,” says Parton. “There’s a little sparkle in every bottle that is designed to bring joy and connection to every gathering.”

At Dolly Wines Bar in Nashville, patrons can choose from three different pours. They are:

  • Dolly’s Chardonnay: A vibrant wine with notes of white peach, sweet cream and toasty oak.
  • Dolly’s Pinot Noir: A silky, easy to sip red with notes of blueberry pie, cherries and a hint of vanilla.
  • Seasonal Sangria: As of the beginning of August, the seasonal sangria recipe included fresh peaches, raspberries, Asian pears, lemons, thyme, Topo Chico and the Dolly Chardonnay.

Hours of Operation

Dolly Wines Bar is open Monday-Thursday from 11AM-10PM, Friday-Saturday from 10AM-12AM and Sunday from 10AM-10PM. It is located at Assembly Food Hall – Level 2 North, 5055 Broadway Plaza in Nashville.
