Black Tap Nashville Serves Up Alan Jackson’s Silverbelly Whiskey-Infused Menu

Black Tap Nashville is offering exclusive menu items featuring Alan Jackson’s Silverbelly Whiskey this month. The gourmet burger spot, owned by Chris Barish and Julie Mulligan, opened in May of 2023. Since then, its Tennessee Burger won Burger Week’s “Best Original Burger”. Additionally, the restaurant took home accolades from Nashville Scene “Best of Nashville” Readers’ Poll for “Best Burger”, “Best New Bar” and “Best New Restaurant.” This month, Black Tap Nashville will serve its Silverbelly Whiskey-based items at 140 Third Ave. N. at Commerce St.

The additions to the menu are one savory, heat-filled food item and one sweet, refreshing beverage. For guests who aren’t afraid of a little heat, the Silverbelly Whiskey Hot Wings are a must-have. Silverbelly Whiskey hot sauce, hot seasoning, chili oil, house buttermilk and dill coats the wings to delight taste buds. The beverage option, named after Jackson’s hit, “Chatahoochee”, is a Frozen Whiskey Peach Black Tea. It combines Silverbelly Whiskey, Juliette heirloom peach liqueur, peach nectar, black tea and fresh mint. This cocktail is a perfect choice for a hot summer day.

Silverbelly Whiskey is distilled exclusively for and hand-selected by Country Music Hall of Fame artist Alan Jackson to honor his career. The color of Jackson’s Stetson cowboy hat gave the brand its name. Unlike other brands, Silverbelly features a unique batch numbering system that utilizes 35 chart-topping songs for its batch names. Three batches are on the market: “Here In The Real World”, “Wanted” and “Chasin’ That Neon Rainbow”. Its fourth batch, “I’d Love You All Over Again”, will be released soon.
