Rock the Seas in 2026: Greek Mythology Meets Rock ‘n’ Roll on ShipRocked’s Next Voyage

As we are in the midst of ShipRocked 2025 from Miami to the Bahamas, let’s look at the details for next year’s rock filled days at sea. The up and coming 2026 cruise was announced on ShipRocked social media and live on-board on Monday, January 20. Guests on this year’s cruise will automatically be included in a pre-sale of tickets for SR 2026. Regular ticket sales will commence after SR 2025.

The 7-day cruise will take on the Greek theme Olympus. From January 25 through the 31 in 2026, celebrating its 16th year at sea. The cruise ship Carnival Horizon will embark on a journey across the ocean, traveling from sunny Miami to the Half Moon Cay and Celebration Key private islands, and ending in beautiful Nassau, Bahamas.

The 2025 Retro themed cruise sailed away on the Carnival Magic, which will be replaced next year with the Carnival Horizon. The ship has the same guest capacity but with more Carnival crew members. The new ship has a gigantic IMAX theatre, an onboard waterpark, a bike riding course, a comedy club, and an adult only spa. Of course, there are also multiple stages around the ship where guests can hear some of their favorite rock groups.

Tons of delicious restaurants and spots to grab a snack are spread through the ship, including two Guy Fieri joints. Guy’s Burger Joint and Guy’s Pig & Anchor Smokehouse and Brewhouse will be serving up BBQ classics and beer brewed on-board. Guests can also indulge in fresh seafood at Seafood Shack and other restaurants including Bonsai Teppanyaki, Fahrenheit 555 steakhouse, Jiji Asian Kitchen, and Cucina del Capitano.

Stay tuned on the ShipRocked website and social media pages for their announcement of the 2026 Stowaways. Many bands are set to return to the sea next year, but new ones will set sail for the first time. In the meantime, catch us rocking hard but vacationing harder on ShipRocked 2025!
