“Fosse and Verdon, The Duet That Changed Broadway” will debut aboard Holland America Line’s Koningsdam this fall. It showcases the pair’s contributions from Broadway and cinema, including “Damn Yankees,” “Sweet Charity,” “Cabaret,” “Chicago” and more. This production features reconstructed choreography by The Verdon Fosse Legacy, choreographed by Dylis Croman and Alyssa Epstein. “Fosse and Verdon, The Duet That Changed Broadway” features numbers inspired by Fosse’s iconic choreography. It also will include never-before-seen archival audio and video content projected on the ship’s 270-degree surround screen.
“Guests have expressed a strong desire for more Broadway-style productions,” said Joe Chantry, vice president of entertainment and enrichment for Holland America Line. “We couldn’t imagine a better way to deliver than by celebrating two legends of the performing arts.”
