Miniature World Victoria BC

The last port of call of our Alaska Carnival cruise adventure was a quick stop in Victoria, British Columbia in Canada on our way back to Seattle. We arrived in port, as the sun was about to set, and started to research what we could do with our quick 3-4 hours in the city.

After a quick walk by the beautiful Parliament building, we settled on a visit to the Miniature World Museum in the city center. It seemed a little quirky but ended up being one of the favorite things that we saw on the whole trip.

Room after room of miniature models with intricate details was interesting to see and I marveled at how they constructed each exhibit. Each room has different themes that include: Circus World, Gulliver’s Travels, Frontierland and my personal favorite Camelot.

It was the perfect stop for a few hours before our dinner reservations on the last night of our summer vacation.
