Sky Rock Sedona is a home away from home within the beautiful ages old Red Rocks of Arizona. Sky Rock is a Tribute Portfolio hotel which is part of Marriott Bonvoy’s over 30 hotel brands. The hotel is centrally located near hundreds of miles of hiking trails at Red Rock State Park and other landmarks like Devil’s Bridge, Chapel of the Holy Cross, and Schnebly Hill Vista Overlook. The hotel’s adobe architecture blends right in with the orange desert around it, immersing you in nature with spectacular views!

We recently stayed at the property for four nights to take in everything Sedona has to offer from hiking and outdoor recreation to relaxation activities that can only be found near these magical red rocks. When you arrive, don’t miss the gong ceremony at 5pm to really welcome you to a world of rest, healing and relaxation.

The hotel has recently renovated all of its rooms, creating cozy, simple, and inviting guest suites, many with a great view of the Arizona desert. Each room comes equipped with a yoga mat, 55″ HDTV, Keurig Coffee Maker, and a mini-fridge. Pets are welcome during your stay for a $75.00 fee and daily on-site parking is offered for $36.00 per day. Select rooms come with an in-room fireplace for cozy nights in. A one-night stay starts at around $400, all depending on the size of your room and the amenities you would like included.

Other amenities include a large heated outdoor pool and whirlpool, a convenience store, gift shop, digital check-ins, and mobile room keys. At the convenience store, guests can purchase an array of local artist’s creations and gifts including clothing, crystals, metaphysical items, books, and more. Yoga classes and meditation classes are offered daily, allowing guests to relax among some of the most beautiful rock canyons in the world. Guests can participate in many local experiences including the famous Pink Jeep tour, Red Rock Balloon Adventure, Sedona Fly Fishing Adventure, or find one of the hotel’s resident Vortex Hunters to find nearby energy vortexes.

If you stay at Sky Rock Sedona, you may also be lucky enough to secure a spot in one of Pete Sander’s Vortex Talks. Pete Sanders, an MIT grad who has lived in Sedona for more than 40 years and literally wrote the book on vortexes, holds talks and tours of vortexes. These talks are unmissable for a deeper understanding of how the Sedona vortex function, and how to feel the effects.
