From Sky Trails to Ziplines: Why Fritz’s Adventure Is A Must-Visit Family Attraction In Branson

During my recent trip to Branson, Missouri, we decided to stop at a family attraction called Fritz’s Adventure. The 80,000 square foot building is full of areas to explore. Visitors of all ages are encouraged to climb, jump, run, slide, rappel, and zip through the many obstacle course-like areas. Fritz’s is not the type of place I would normally visit on a trip, but I am so glad I checked it out. I had so much fun trying out all of their indoor activities. This place is great for kids, and even better for adults who want to embrace their inner child and have a bit of fun.

Just last month, Fritz’s Adventure was recognized with two gold awards in the 2024 Best of Branson competition. The facilities Best Extreme Adventure and Best Zipline Adventure areas won the gold. The Best Extreme Adventure includes half-pipe walls, underground tunnels, and a cement mixer to be explored. The Best Zipline Adventure is the first indoor and outdoor TreeTops Zipline Course in the world. There are 17 different ziplines installed along with suspension bridges, ladders, and beams.

I went on the Sky Trail ropes course where I was secured by a harness and explored a series of obstacles high in the air while trying to balance. I also tried the City Wall, a rock-climbing type wall that is 48-feet tall and designed to look like the side of a city building. I am definitely not ready for American Ninja Warrior, but this is a great place to get in a workout while trying all of the various obstacle courses.

The Suspended 1959 Twin Beech airplane was also super cool. Sitting just behind the cockpit, you get to look over the entirety of Fritz’s Adventure and feel like you’re flying over the attractions.

After our lengthy adventure time, we headed to Fritz’s Café for a snack and drinks. Located on the entry level of the building, the Café offers pizzas, sandwiches, nachos, fries, coffees, milkshakes, and more. The Café’s hours vary and there are times during the day where they do not offer their full menu.

Most days, Fritz’s Adventure in Branson is open 10am – 6pm, but occasionally is open until 8pm. You can check their operating schedule for updated hours before your visit. Children ages 0-4 can access the park for free.
