It was one of those rare wines that keeps evolving with every sip and is a bottle we would happily seek out again.
The Queen Taken Chardonnay showcased rich texture balanced by lively acidity, while Fool’s Mate beautifully demonstrated how blending multiple vineyard sites can create remarkable depth and complexity.
