Carnival Cruise Line has added guest favorites Fahrenheit 555 and Bonsai Sushi Express aboard its Carnival Adventure and Encounter ships. This change to include more of the brand’s unique dining options across its fleet follows a successful partnership with Luke Mangan and the retired P&O Cruises Australia brand. Fahrenheit 555, which already serves guests on Carnival Splendor and Carnival Luminosa, will replace Luke’s Bar and Grill.
“We are delighted to be bringing Fahrenheit 555 to all of our Australia-based ships, so guests can experience Carnival’s signature premium experience no matter where or when they sail with us,” said Anton Loeb, Carnival Cruise Line Assistant Vice President Sales & Marketing. “As we look ahead, we’re excited to continue introducing fresh ways for guests to enjoy exceptional offerings onboard.”

Updated Dining Options
Beginning May 4th, guests aboard all four Australian-homeported ships can enjoy Fahrenheit 555, Carnival’s signature premium steakhouse. Fahrenheit 555’s menu focuses on premium cuts of beef cooked to guests’ specifications. It also includes seafood, gourmet mains, delicious appetizers and a comprehensive wine list. Fahrenheit 555 is the perfect setting for special occasions, delivering an elevated atmosphere for celebrations. Reservations for Fahrenheit 555 can be made via ‘Manage My Booking’ or once on board using the Hub App.
Those seeking Japanese-inspired flavors can tantalize their tastebuds at Bonsai Sushi Express. Bonsai serves made-to-order sushi, sashimi, rolls, salads, poke bolls and desserts. Guests aboard Carnival Luminosa have already been enjoying this takeaway offering, but now those traveling aboard Carnival Adventure and Carnival Encounter can as well.
The brand plans to unveil a new specialty burger joint, Carnival Topside Grill, soon. It is set to replace Luke’s Burgers.
