Festivals Acadiens et Créoles brings Cajun and Creole flavors to the forefront, placing as much emphasis on the food as the music. At the festival, Culture Sur la Table provides cooking demonstrations by local chefs, showcasing the deep ties between food, tradition and the innovation that leads to new interpretations of these classic Cajun and Creole dishes.

A Flavorful Experience

After witnessing the official cutting of boudin and tasting the unofficial sausage of Acadiana, festival attendees have many options to tickle their tastebuds. Delicious bites such as French bread boats loaded with crawfish étouffée, red beans and rice with local tasso, jambalaya, beignets, gumbo and more will be available to pair with the music filling the air.
