Starbucks’ Firework Frappuccino Is Bursting with Flavor—But Only for One Week

With July 4th weekend fast approaching, Starbucks has just launched the new Firework Frappuccino — and like a dazzling Fourth of July fireworks display, it’s here for a limited time only. Available from July 1 to 7, this colorful, layered drink bursts with festive flavor and patriotic style. With bold red‑white‑blue layers, it’s a visual treat—it may just be the most “Instagram‑worthy” drink this summer.

We just heard about the new launch on Tuesday and headed straight to our local Starbucks to try it out and the drink was perfectly refreshing after our pool day in the sun. It packed a sweet and sour punch and a smooth finish with the creamy coconut milk and vanilla cold foam.

What’s in a Firework?

  • Red pops of strawberry purée and raspberry pearls—those boba‑like spheres that burst with berry juice.
  • White creamy coconut milk blended into the Frappuccino base.
  • Blue tinted by the Summer‑Berry Refresher blend of raspberry, blueberry and blackberry.
  • Topped with a crowning swirl of vanilla sweet‑cream cold foam for that silky finish

The Firework is Caffeine Free

Unlike typical coffee‑based drinks, the Firework is caffeine‑free—a treat designed for all ages to enjoy during summer gatherings. This is the perfect drink to bring it to picnics, cookouts, pool days—and celebrate with a sip that screams summer.

This isn’t the first time Starbucks has tapped into vibrant, experiential drinks. Remember the Unicorn Frappuccino? That 2017 social‑media favorite set the stage for fun, shareable beverages—something the Firework is clearly channeling again

Grab One While Supplies Last

The Firework Frappuccino is more than just a drink: it’s a celebration in cup form—bursting with fruit, texture, and red-white‑blue flair. Whether you’re at the beach, grilling in the backyard, or just taking a summer stroll, this refreshingly festive Frappuccino delivers both aesthetic and taste in one icy sip. You only have a few more days left to try the limited-edition flavor of summer—so run, don’t walk to be sure to catch it before it fizzles out on July 7.
