Post Malone’s F-1 Trillion Truck Arrives At Midvale Raising Cane’s Ahead Of Salt Lake City Concert

We are out in Salt Lake City, Utah for a Post Malone themed weekend. We landed at the local airport late Friday night and went straight to the Midvale Raising Cane’s location to see the famous truck from the F-1 Trillion Album cover. The truck is here ahead of the opening night of his country music tour opening tomorrow night at Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre.

The classic 1974 Ford F250 has traveled across the country in preparation for Malone’s Tour from Nashville to Dallas and up to Posty’s hometown Raising Cane’s outside Salt Lake City. F-1 Trillion was released on August 16th and has already sold hundreds of thousands of units and also produced several Number 1 country hits. While many may have believed that the album cover was just an edited photo, a lot of real preparation went into creating the water-logged truck.

The album art was created by Mexican artist Gonzalo Lebrija. With the help of a massive crane and an amazing idea, Lebrja and his crew dropped the F250 into lake Presa Salto del Nogal in Jalisco, Mexico. As the truck was dropped, photographers captured the exact moment the nose of the truck touched the lake for the iconic cover photo. On impact, the front of the truck was smashed and the front windshield was shattered. The entire making of the album cover can be found on the fonetrillion Instagram page.

Now, the truck and its crushed front-end are on display for all Post Malone fans to enjoy. The non-existent windshield and the mangled front end are on full display. You can even make out “Keating Ford” on the back bumper and “Crosby, Texas.” Two separate license plates came along with the truck. On the front and back of the car the plates read “JW-80-180” from Jalisco, Mexico. A different plate that reads”JE-74-118” sits propped up in the back window.

The Midvale Raising Cane’s was completely designed by Malone to be near to him in his hometown. The outside of the building is completely pink and features imagery from Malone’s very own tattoos. Inspired by Malone’s love for the game ping pong, clear tubes twist around the walls of the restaurant with ping pong balls flying through them.

Malone is a huge fan of everything Medieval, so the restrooms at the location are modeled after Medieval architecture and decorations, with ancient looking stone walls and wood shields. On the walls of the dining area, some of Malone’s stage clothes and favorite guitars are on display in cases for guests to admire while chowing down on their famous chicken fingers.

Special to the Midvale Restaurant is the Posty Way Combo. The combo is based on Malone’s personal Cane’s order of four chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, two Cane’s Sauces, two Texas toasts, extra salt and pepper packets and half unsweet tea/half lemonade in one of four different 32 oz. Collector’s Cups. There is even a pink vending machine where fans can buy Post Malone themed Raising Cane’s merchandise.
