Cruel World Festival will return to Brookside at The Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA on Saturday, May 11th, 2024. The festival, presented by Goldenvoice, will feature a headlining performance from Duran Duran, who recently released their sixteenth studio album, “Danse Macabre”. Interpol, Blondie, Simple Minds, Placebo, Soft Cell, Adam Ant, Ministry, Gary Numan, DREAMCAR and many more are slated to perform.
Ministry will play songs from their albums “With Sympathy” and “Twitch”, to pay tribute to the industrial metal and new wave scene. Gary Numan will perform his debut solo album, “The Pleasure Principle”. DREAMCAR, the supergroup of AFI’s Davey Havok, No Doubt’s Tony Kanal, Tom Dumon and Adrian Young, will take the stage to deliver their own spin on new wave. Tone on Tail will be the special guest.

Passes will be available on Friday, December 8th at 12pm PST. Fans can choose from GA, GA+, VIP and Clubhouse options. GA+ passholders will have a dedicated entry lane, quicker access to merch and be able to hang in the GA+ lounge. For festival goers who want a touch of luxury, the Clubhouse pass offers a centrally located, indoor air-conditioned hideaway with panoramic views of the festival grounds. Additionally, Clubhouse pass holders will have access to storage lockers, special parking and wifi. This pass also allows guests exclusive access to an intimate, upfront viewing area at both stages.
